Rifle is earlier 2000s police department gun, upper is bushmaster 5.56 1/9twist 14.5 m4 carbine, phosphate finish, surefire quad rail on it but I have a new fde magpul moe or regular gi forend. The lower is a "multi cal" anderson lower that was bought stripped. It has no rounds through it. Great for GWOT build or a simple lightweight carbine.
