This is a Palmetto State PA-15, although the box says M4 Classic Rifle. The photos show details better than I can describe them.
It is new, unfired. It comes in the original packaging, and includes the standard accessory pack (Magpul mag, manual, etc.) that is unopened.

It's $400 flat. This saves money off the list price, and there is no shipping, tax, or transfer fee.

You must be legally able to purchase firearms, and have Florida ID.
