Other than simply trying it on it was never worn. I've put on a few pounds since I bought it. I wear a 38 waist jeans and can only get this belt in the first hole. There are 25 cartridge loops on the belt. I bought it for a 45LC cowboy revolver with a 4.75 inch barrel. I sold the revolver some time ago.It also fits S&W 686 Plus and Henry Big Boy Revolver though it's a little big for the Henry. I'm sure there are other revolvers that would also fit it just fine. The color is sort of Burgundy not Brown. There is no etching so it's just a smooth belt and holster except for the buckle. The long straps on the holster tie around your leg and are used to adjust the hammer loop to your liking. $150 O.B.O. for both. They retail for $90 each.
