I have a Plate Carrier with removable NIJ leve 3A soft armor. It also can accommodate plates in front and rear. It has Molle on both front and back along with a strong drag handle built in. Quick detach with very strong hook and loop. It is size 3x but it can be made to fit tighter by adding some velcro to give it some extra area. I am asking $200 with just the soft plates.
