This is a London Bridge Trading plate carrier formally known as the Active Shooter Plate Carrier, now referred to as the FRG (First Responder Guardian) plate carrier.

This plate carrier is in new condition with no tears, holes, rips, etc. It has a large range of adjustability as well.
