LMT M203 receiver up for sale
Without the barrel this is classified as a regulars title 1 receiver. In the eyes of the law this is no different than an AR-15 receiver or P320 trigger module. In order to legally attach a barrel you will need to go though the NFA Form 1 process just the same as if you where registering an SBR.

I have paid the crown and registered this as a DD. If I have a confirmed buyer I will email the ATF and have it remove from the registry and I will provide a copy of that for your records. I will then do my best to remove the NFA engraving from the receiver and paint over it. I did the engraving on the underside of the receiver in a way where you can not see it unless you open the action when the barrel is attached

Buyer will need to provide CCW as well as a bill of sale. No trades.
