The upper on this rifle has never been fired. It is a brand new built-to-spec 22" all stainless (barrel and muzzle device). It comes with original bcg and changing handle. I had a 300 blackout upper for this lower - the lower has about 59 rounds on it. It functions perfectly. The price is very good - I will not take less.
