It comes with everything you would get with a new a Scar but with the advantages of not paying a transfer fee and there are no taxes, and no paper trail of your ownership, which is priceless. I bought the rifle for a cool factor at a time I had excess money. I already have a collection of rifles and just never got around to setting up the rifle with bipod, optics, etc.

This is a non reciprocating NRCH model and is absolutely gorgeous rifle. Its the commercial version of the Socom Mark 20 Sniper Support Rifle (SSR)
