This is the Model 94 Illinois Sesquicentennial Saddle Ring Carbine manufactured by Winchester in 1968. It features a commemorative medallion in the stock, engraved receiver with “Land of Lincoln” and bust of the president along with gold accents on the trigger, loading gate, saddle ring and shotgun style butt plate.
