How about an AK47 chambered in .308 Win? Cool story behind this rifle.
This rifle, manufactured in Yugoslavia in 1989, model M90 / M77WS308, imported by Mitchel Arms and released in 1994 after being held in customs due to Clinton Assault Weapon Import Ban. It has an adjustable gas tube, slotted muzzle brake, an original 20 round magazine- with an aluminum rivet to allow only 5 rounds in the magazine, as well as the integral scope mount. New-In-Box. Never fired.
This rifle has a unique history as described in the Certificate of Authenticity. Made in 1989 at Zastava Kragujevac, in the former County of Yugoslavia (see Yugoslavia Wars 1991-2001). According to the Mitchell Arms, Inc., each M90 was imported (as Original M77 Wood Stock 7.62x51) from the Zastava Factory in the former Country/State of Yugoslavia by Mitchell Arms, Santa Ana, CA, in 1989 and sat in U.S. Customs until 1994, where they were was modified (i.e., removal of the original teak butt stock and replaced with a plastic thumbhole stock; removal of the bayonet lug; and removal of the night sights, and aluminum riveting the original magazines (20 Round 7.62x51 NATO) to only accept 5 rounds per the Clinton Assault Weapon Import Ban), in order to permit importation into the US during the William Clinton Presidential Administration, 1993-2001. Those were extremely tough years for importing military replicas into the U.S.
I have the more conventional wood stock if interested.
