Never fired, comes with original cardboard shipping box, red plastic KUSA box and
black after-market carrying case.
Comes with a KUSA "BARS" optic and two KUSA magazines and the folding brace mounting bracket installed.

Interesting to note..The barrel tip is threaded for a suppressor... very easy to attach and remove one.
KUSA refers to the brace as a "Tactical Pistol Stabilizing Brace"
KUSA refers to the BARS as a "Advanced Combat Micro Optic"
and KUSA notes that BARS is Russian for "Snow Leopard."

The KP9 is technically a "pistol"...this one comes with a folding arm "brace" (folding hinge attached). As of this date, the following applies to pistols with attached arm braces: The ATF pistol brace ban was overturned in a lawsuit by the US District Court in Texas. Under the Mock v. Garland pistol brace update court ruling, pistol braces are legal for now across the nation.

Buyer will be required to show valid Florida Driver's License and a valid Concealed Carry Permit. The buyer will also complete the standard firearm
Bill of Sale. Transfer of ownership will take place at a public site to be determined by the owner.
