It has front slide serrations (not common on a gen 4 from the factory this is not aftermarket), glock extended magazine release, glock flared slide release, and stock glock METAL sights. This is all stock from factory and came like this. This is a USED gun with less then 1K rounds through it, but carried for about a year. Comes with the original gun box, 2 magazines, all back straps and booklets and I'll include 3 holsters I have for it from "bravo concealment" one is a IWB for a streamlight tlr-HL, 2 different IWB with NO light, and a OWB you can attach to a belt.
