The "triangle 66" stamps denotes the Norinco factory which is the People's Liberation Army's state weapons manufacturer in China.

Norinco produced this commercial variant of the Tokarev pistol chambered in the common 9×19mm Parabellum round for the export market known as the Tokarev Model 213.

It features a safety catch, which was absent on Soviet-produced TT-33 handguns.
