Some contents but not all: This is a climate controlled unit so no mold or musty smells... My dads Korean War Uniform Umarex Komplete .22 air rifle w/ bulldog case, Leapers scope, case of air cylinders and a lot of pellets Lionel train set, stock# 12700. I received this train set for Christmas when I was 10 or 11. I'm now 65. Engine is cast iron and has tablets you drop in smoke stack to puff smoke. There's maybe 1 or 2 tablets left. Transformer has a button to push for the whistle. One section of track will uncouple the cars when you push another button. That wire is a 5 strand flat wire that needs replacing, the insulation is old and cracked. Track is just an oval and has no rust. It's a double transformer so it will run two trains at once. Forward and reverse. Some 1972 Miami Dolphins memorabilia. The '72 Dolphins are the only team in history to win every game from pre-season to super bowl. A couple of old Match Box cars. A Buddy "L" 7-up truck with soda cases and hand trucks. A super Spirograph. Needs new pens. A complete set of Franklin Mint Indian plates with wall hangers. 59 78 RPM records from the 40's, 50's etc. I checked a couple of them listed on EBay for $50 each so that''s worth just under $3,000. Boxes of CD's, DVD's and VHS. Some still factory sealed. Even at just $5 each that's about $750 worth.
There's much more. This is just a taste. If you are the lucky buyer, you will need to either move it all out within a month or take over ownership and monthly payment of $110. If I had more time and energy I would sell everything separate and make much more money than what I'm asking here. Due to work, I'm only available to meet on Saturdays and Sundays......$1,000...O.B.O....
