This is a registered short barrel rifle, and all NFA rules apply.

This firearm can transfer directly to you on a Form 4. If you reside outside of Florida, this firearm must first transfer to a licensed class III dealer in your state on a Form 4, and then transfer from your dealer to you on a second Form 4.

For Florida buyers: After payment is made in full, I will mail you a completed form 4 that you must sign and send to the ATF, along with your fingerprints, photos, and $200 NFA tax.

I will notify the buyer once I’ve received the approved form 4 back from ATF, and the original form will be shipped with the firearm.
