This is a Colt 1918 M1911 45 that has been arsenal rebuilt twice. Once at Springfield Arsenal and again at Letterkeny Army Depot as noted by the SA and LEAD markings on the frame. United States Property marking in WWI location. Faint SS and eagle stamp next to mag release. WWII COLT barrel. Frosted but decent bore. Reconfigured to M1911A1 along the line as has A1 Mainspring Housing. Located in Polk County south of Clermont. Unable to travel due to illness.
