This is an early J. Stevens Arms Co. Model 1915 (Favorite) Falling Breech single shot rifle chambered in a .32 long rim fire caliber. Rare, limited production, as most were made in .22 caliber. The rifle has a 24 inch octagon barrel with Rocky Mountain front sight and sporting rear sight. It has a walnut hardwood fore grip with straight stock having a curved original butt plate. The barrel is marked "J. Stevens Arms Company Chicopee Falls, Mass. U.S.A. 32 Long". The receiver is marked "Trademark Favorite". Serial number of A 245 manufactured prior to 1920. Gun is over 100 years old, totally original and C&R Eligible.
